Massage a few dropperfuls into your scalp and brush through hair lengths as a pre-wash oil, leaving on for at least 1 hour or overnight. Wash hair as normal, a double shampoo is recommended to remove oil residue effectively.

For best results, use regularly (once every 1-2 weeks) as part of your hair care routine.

It is made with oils suitable for scalps prone to a fungi called Malassezia, which causes dandruff, itching, pimples and inflammation. Most hair oils on the market contain oils like Jojoba, which exacerbate this scalp condition. Herbal Crown Oil contains oils which do not fuel the growth of this fungi and instead work to disrupt the biofilm and soothe the scalp.

The formula uses lightweight oils like MCT and olive squalane that absorb easily. Start with a small amount and adjust based on your hair type. It is designed to be used as a pre-wash oil so your roots will defintiely be oily prior to washing, but that's the point.

The oil is infused with herbs traditionally used to support scalp health and healthy hair growth. Consistent use helps nourish the scalp environment where healthy hair grows. We recommend using a scalp massager alongside the oil to promote blood flow to scalp.
