Shipping Policy

We offer standard $7.95 flat-rate shipping and $15.95 express shipping throughout Australia. Standard Priority orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day.

We offer international shipping to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated and displayed at check out. If your country isn't available for shipping please contact us.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

All Australia Post orders as a standard now have Authority to Leave if there is a safe place on your premises. If you would like your parcel to not be left in a safe place then you must select the shipping option that includes Signature on Delivery. Tallow Bar is not responsible for your parcel once Australia Post takes over, please contact them directly should you have any issues with your delivery. We will assist where possible so get in touch with us if you require any assistance.

Please note that if an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, another shipping label will need to be paid for in order to have the item re-posted out. Please contact us should this occur so we can resolve this quickly.

 

Return + Exchange Policy

We are grateful that you have made the decision to simplify your skincare routine with Tallow Bar.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any products that have been used.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@tallowbar.com.au. Please include your order confirmation details so we can assist you.

Any returned products must be in unused condition and be in their original packaging and condition in which you received them. Once the 14 days since your purchase has passed unfortunately we are unable to assist with any exchange or refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
